Fantastic hotel, great and accomodating staff, good facilities. I loved the option to have a late checkout and the bike rental. The room had good ventilation, the windows were openable, everything was perfectly clean when we arrived. The reception area is great, has a water fountain, luggage storage and even toilets when you're just coming back to pick up your luggage

The staff was wonderful, way better service than any other hotel I've been to. I specifically remember the lady and the gentleman who took care of my checkin and checkout and who were very kind and helpful. The overall coziness of the lobby and the indoor bar are a big plus. The room was big enough for me and functional. I especially liked the seating area next to the window with a nice view.

I love the view from the room. The staff was very attentive and helpful. Unfortunately we could not try the restaurant on the top floor which has great reviews The bed was excellent and slept like a baby.

Relaxing,fun & beautiful hotel! Room was comfortable, breakfast buffet was amazing and the staff were kind & friendly. If I ever get back to Copenhagen, this is the only place I’ll stay!
