The room I was given was beautiful, vintage and absolutely spotless, the bed was comfortable and the hosts were super lovely and helpful; I had a bus at 6am and they called a taxi for me! The hotel is also located in the perfect location, very close to everything.

Beautiful Hotel in the Centre of Cuenca with very friendly and helpful staff

Good location. Near to airport and bus station. It is also next to a metro station. Nice breakfast.

The location was amazing, very short walking distance to the historic cental park area, restaurants, markets and public transportation. Winston who was on the desk many days throughout our stay provided exceptional service. Winston's English is excellent as well and that was very helpful.

Nice and helpful staff. We could choose our bedroom. There was no hair-dryer in our room, they gave me one.

I left too early for breakfast so had no idea what it may have been like. Everything was cool especially Walter who was as friendly and as helpful as it is possible for a hotel manager to get. He helped me stash my motorcycle in the underground carpark and was more than willing to rise early to help me get on my way. Great location within walking distance of the historic centre. On the main road but the tram and car noise didn't bother me. Great value for the money.

The hotel location is walking distance to all activities, restaurants - Breakfast was amazing - freshly cooked Assortment of fruit, breads, eggs and a side of topical dish to the area The rooms are clean and very comfortable The service from the staff was exceptional!!

The hotel is called Hotel Balcon del Arte. The entrance is set back from the street. I arrived late and was let in by the nightwatchman and given my room key directly. My street facing room was lovely. Large, clean and a comfortable bed. The bathroom was functional and clean. The shower was not always hot. Good wi-fi signal. Situated centrally, it was an easy walk to restaurants, shops and museums. The ladies who were on reception were friendly and helpful. Good value for money.

The hosts were muy amable. Its a convenient location, however in a social club district that is noisy late at night on the weekend.
