A l'époque soviètique il s'agissait du meilleur hotel de Tallinn. Mon voyage était hors saison et j'ai pu bénéficier d'une chambre avec une superbe vue au 21 étage. L'hotel est situé juste à l'entrée de la vielle ville. La chambre est assez standard, mais confortable. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux.
