The hotel staff were absolutely exceptional – incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful. From the very first moment, we truly felt like a most welcome guests. Their attitude and professionalism made the stay extra special. The room was excellent – comfortable, quiet, and very well maintained. There was no noise from the street at all, which ensured a great night’s sleep. The hotel is located in a perfect spot: everything is within walking distance, including the Old Town, the Alexela Concert Hall, and many other key attractions. The restaurant deserves special praise – dinner was outstanding, and the breakfast was also amazing, with very high-quality and delicious food. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone. A well-deserved 11 out of 10!
