Staff is wonderful and super friendly. Hossam is a energetic young man who helps me a lot. The staff, Abdo/Joseph/Moustafa and owner Islam are good at giving suggestions and solving prompts for clients. Location is good. Stunning view for Great pyramids and Sphinx on rooftop. Highly recommended if you want to enjoy a awesome vacation in Egypt.

You could literally step off the rooftop onto a pyramid. Could not be closer. Staff incredible from beginning text to the end. Owner organised all our tours at great prices. We ended up staying 2 nights. We added dinner on the rooftop for first night, incredible array of food. Breakfast outdid itself in the ‘all you can eat’ category. Our table was laden with a feast with a description of each meal. A MUST stay

Superb staff! From Sameh the owner to one of the many tour guides (Mohamed) and drivers (Magdi)! Sameh welcomed us like family and not guests! He gave tour suggestions and made sure our request were met and that we had a pleasant day. The area is close to one of the pyramids and the neighborhood is not your typical modern area but the vibe is very local! The place is quiet at night. Uber works too!
