great breakfast & great hotel, however a bit expensive for Egypt. I guess because of the Christmas season. I was surpriced with fruits basket and very helpful staff

I checked in with Yasser and Madonna. Both were very helpful and they gave me a high floor room with a partial sea view. We checked in at 16:30 and we got a chance to observe the beautiful sunset. What really made me happy was that everyone we encountered was smiling.

Highly recommended hotel, great service inside the hotel. Felt so pampered everybody were very kind. beachfront breakfast was very delicious, happy stuff in the breakfast area specially “Juliana” was very kind and happy. Special thanks to receptionist “Yara” she was very thoughtful and helpful under our stay.

It looks as good as the pictures. Great location if you want to enjoy the city, very very helpful staff, clean room, great facilities

I had a great stay at XU San Stefano. The hotel is well-maintained, and the atmosphere is very welcoming. A special shout-out to the breakfast, which was very good with plenty of fresh options. The location is perfect and the beach is beautiful—though it was a bit too cold for a swim during our winter visit. ​We really enjoyed the café, and the staff were consistently friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was very good, too. A solid choice for a comfortable stay! ​Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. Highly recommended for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

A boutique hotel in an excellent location, with sea view. One can have a nice stroll on the Corniche. Breakfast is superb and good quality and variety. Very pleasant and helpful staff, and excellent service.
