I was contacted several days before the booking was due to start and told the hotel could no longer accommodate me, but that I could be moved to another hotel in the city. I agreed to the move and the booking was changed to the Eurostars Gran Hotel (which is part of the same group) at no extra cost. I was given an upgrade and free parking by way of compensation. I was extremely happy with the communication from the hotel, the move to another hotel and the stay itself.

the hotel is tidy, small and comfortable. Has a private garage. The location is great (5 minutes from the downtown). Breakfast is also very good. Also, the rooms are very warm

I was in a quiet and safe area. It is far from the crowd of touristy areas but 25-30 min walking distance to old town and Cathedral Santiago. The staff were friendly. The room was clean.

It was away from the bustle of the city itself but yet near enough (15 mins), hence it was nice and quiet. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was very helpful and cane back to open my room door when I left my key in it. There are a few supermarkets near the hotel too.

We spent a night in a twin room here. Very clean and very comfortable beds. Arriving on a Sunday, the check-in was completely autonomous but it's easy, once you complete de online check-in (no receptionists at the desk). It is quiet and relaxing. I recommend staying here. There is a coin laundromat at about 500m, if needed.

Located in the historical centre of Santiago de Compostela, this hotel is housed in a Galician manor house dating from the 18th century. It offers free WiFi.
