I was contacted several days before the booking was due to start and told the hotel could no longer accommodate me, but that I could be moved to another hotel in the city. I agreed to the move and the booking was changed to the Eurostars Gran Hotel (which is part of the same group) at no extra cost. I was given an upgrade and free parking by way of compensation. I was extremely happy with the communication from the hotel, the move to another hotel and the stay itself.

The room is quite comfortable and the breakfast was very good.

I was in a quiet and safe area. It is far from the crowd of touristy areas but 25-30 min walking distance to old town and Cathedral Santiago. The staff were friendly. The room was clean.

Lovely welcoming and friendly reception staff. Room clean and well presented. Very good value for money.
