The staff was very attentive and helpful both during check-in and during entire stay. The room met our expectations, particularly we liked private terrace and pool. The pool wasn't deep (around 50-60cm), but totally enough, also there was sufficient space for two around the pool for sunbathing. The location is really good - La Rambla is just across the Catalunya square. Also Hotel is in comfortable distance from two subway stations which was nice as we mainly used subway to move around the city. Breakfasts were very good, lots of choices nevertheless we were coming during the last hour as I'm not an early bird :) Special thanks to Ian at reception and Michelle, who was taking care of our room.

I usually like to diversify and try new things, but this hotel does not allow me to check out another option because there is nothing better than it, I say this as someone who has tried several hotels in Barcelona and finally got to it. Let's start with technical things, amazing location, close to the center of things on the Ramblas, cleanliness, and most importantly, amazing service. I don't mention people's names because I always think about organizational culture, but this time I will mention the service we received from Alejandro, which is why I will only return to this hotel again, from the moment of arrival to the end, he provided service that leaves a taste for more. Highly recommended.
