Very well located, excellent rooms, staff and beakfast.

The property is super clean, including the rooms. The rooms are a nice cool temperature and the beds are fantastic. Best sleep I’ve had in weeks, including after a week on the Camino! The rain shower is also such a luxury if you’ve just finishing your Camino. The staff are friendly and nice. The location is super convenient to the main attractions and the value is phenomenal. Overall, I found the noise level quite low.

Nice spacious room, comfortable beds, tasty breakfast with nice peach juice, scramble eggs and bacon + pastry.

The room and bathroom were super clean. Staff couldn't be more friendly and helpful. Bus stop next to the hotel, but we loved walking everyday to the old town aprox 30 min.

Excellent stay in Santiago! Super cozy and quiet hotel very close to the Oficina de Peregrinos. Comfy bed, good shower, good breakfast, unique atmosphere. All all is perfect there. Inside the hotel is much more beautiful than photos! I recommend it! My next time in Santiago will be again there! 10/10 is not enough to describe…

Great location! Close to the Cathedral in the old town. Lots of shops and restaurants. Easy check-in. Very accommodating.

Fabulous location - a real little gem of a hotel. Staff were wonderful. Booked our taxi for the airport. They even offered us a very late check-out since our flight wan't until 7:15 pm. No need to rush the pack and have no place to freshen up before heading off to the airport. Highly recommend and look forward to returning! Gracias!

Perfectly situated on the Camino and very close to the cathedral. The room was spacious, easily accessible, secure and clean. We could hear the cathedral bells and were in easy walking distance of restaurants and bars.

Amazing value for money, the perfect location of all the locations, staff was super friendly and very helping. Really nice modern room, everything was there, and they were kind enough to extend a breakfast hours for us, as we slept in a little bit.

It is located off the Plaza where the Cathedral de Santiago is. Even when there was no electricity for the whole country there was limited electricity for guests

The lady at the front desk (sorry I forgot to note down her name) was very friendly and helpful! My friends and I were fine with lifting our heavy baggage up a couple of steps but she said “no, I got this” and lifted them one by one! They also helped me book a taxi to the airport (the taxi picked me up right in front of the hotel) and were so kind to give me an hour extension of my stay. I also liked the location, of course! It is very close to the cathedral.

The room was absolutely beautiful. Location excellent. Could not fault the facilities at all. I would highly recommend this place and hope to return here again in the future. I especially loved the welcome note - this was handwritten and a special touch.

Quiet room, but very close to Cathedral. Had a bath which we enjoyed. Comfortable bed and pillows. Great sleep for us.

Fabulous hotel. Very helpful staff, especially by storing or bags whilst we walked to Santiago. Try the hotel restaurant. The food is fabulous.
