The staff were very helpful and flexible. We loved the room! Very clean and well organized. The Hôtel is situated in the old City with a walking distance to commerces. The breakfast was the best part. Very diverse and the view from the eighth floor was amazing!

It was a wonderful experience staying at the Don Jaime. 54. We were welcomed by an amazing staff ready to meet our needs. Our room was ready early and perfection. Loved our balcony and the beds were extremely comfortable. Location Location Location!!!! Don Jaime 54 is in the middle of all the most wonderful activities, restaurants and authentic shops and Taxis are always close by. We loved our stay there. Breakfast was delicious as well. Outstanding place to enjoy your stay in Zaragoza.

Positive reviews for the Royal City Spa Hotel in Zaragoza, a booking platform. The Hotel & Spa Real Ciudad de Zaragoza in Zaragoza truly deserves five stars! I live in room 605 and had to rush to catch a flight to Madrid Airport in the early hours of the morning. In my haste, I accidentally left my jacket in the room. When I arrived at the airport to board the flight, the hotel staff promptly contacted me to inform me about the lost item. After returning home, I communicated with the hotel regarding the shipping of the required packages. The staff were patient throughout the process and even helped pack the clothing and arrange for it to be sent to the local postal service. Eventually, the jacket was successfully sent back to Beijing. The room was clean and comfortable to live in, and what’s more remarkable is that the hotel’s service was extremely considerate and responsible. This experience of recovering lost items has greatly enhanced my positive impression of this hotel. If you’re choosing a place to stay in Zaragoza, this hotel is an excellent choice!

The Hesperia Hotel is excellent maintained hotel in the heart of Zaragoza with Parkplace ability. Very clean and quiet so you can rest very well. Hotel staff is very profesional and always maximum on your disposal, especially the Reception Chef who solved our challenging situation with ease and total professional manners. This way we want to thank especcially our Chefe de reception for understanding our situation and made us posaible to enjoy in our MotoGP racing weekend, even the garage elevator was not functioning. Because of him we are surt we shall visit beautiful Hesperia Hotel again and as soon as possible.

Secure free parking, very quite was a chocolate factory now a hotel. Easy 10 min walk to castle and city centre!

The property is located in the city center, really easy to be found. The location for breakfast and the terrace are magnificent. The quality of the products was high. The music is chill and creates an excelent vibe. The bed was very comfortable I appreciated the window in the bathroom

Airton was extremely friendly and helped us a lot during our visit to Zaragoza. And certainly it is an easy way to go from the hotel to the train station. Great location

The modern interior and the rooftop bar with swimming. Pool are really nice. I also made a non refundable with two rooms instead of one and the changed it for me free of charge. That was really kind.

It's the second time we've stayed at this hotel. The location is really good with access to the main attractions, bars etc but is just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Rooms are spacious, well lit, clean, tidy, and well equipped - WiFi is good. Staff are exceptional - very efficient, extremely friendly, and clearly there to make sure you enjoy your stay not only in the hotel but the wonderful city of Zaragoza.
