The location is GREAT ! The staff are amazing, very friendly. The breakfast restaurant is very nice with nice view of Rambla vibes in the morning. Great Thank you to The Barista Mr. Enrique, who makes the best Cappuccino in Barcelona ! He made our mornings !

I stayed in other hotels with the same or higher rates and in other districts.This was my best stay in Barcelona.They have the friendliest staff willing to help you.They offer free complimentaries, coffee tea and water in the rooms unlike some hotels which charge for a bottle of water!This shows how they value their guests.I’ll definitely stay here next time I visit Barcelona.

The hotel was in an excellent location near Placa de Catalunya and La Rambla. The hotel was very clean and looks newly renovated, with free coffee and tea in the dining area. The staff was also very friendly and accomodating

Very close to everything. The best customer service ever. Ferran at the front desk can and will help you with anything you need. Recommendations for eating, safe places, bus, train & metro information. He even called our taxi for us when needed. They also have a room to store your luggage if you get there early or want to leave your bags for a few hours after checkout. Don't forget to ask for Ferran !

The location was perfect to us. All the staff were excellent and very helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast provided in the hotel. The price for breakfast and the convenience of getting a variety of items allowed for the perfect start for each day.

Location, polite and professional staff, and overall management. Everyone at the reception was helpful but I interacted with Lisania the most because she was on duty during my stay and I was really impressed with her sincerity and promptness.
