Excellent staff, and location. The staff members were super hyper nice. The breakfast is excellent and very well balanced. Love this place!!!

I was in a quiet and safe area. It is far from the crowd of touristy areas but 25-30 min walking distance to old town and Cathedral Santiago. The staff were friendly. The room was clean.

The gym facilities were exceptional, the family room was huge and had all we needed, breakfast was fantastic and staff super nice.

The property is super clean, including the rooms. The rooms are a nice cool temperature and the beds are fantastic. Best sleep I’ve had in weeks, including after a week on the Camino! The rain shower is also such a luxury if you’ve just finishing your Camino. The staff are friendly and nice. The location is super convenient to the main attractions and the value is phenomenal. Overall, I found the noise level quite low.

the hotel is tidy, small and comfortable. Has a private garage. The location is great (5 minutes from the downtown). Breakfast is also very good. Also, the rooms are very warm

I was contacted several days before the booking was due to start and told the hotel could no longer accommodate me, but that I could be moved to another hotel in the city. I agreed to the move and the booking was changed to the Eurostars Gran Hotel (which is part of the same group) at no extra cost. I was given an upgrade and free parking by way of compensation. I was extremely happy with the communication from the hotel, the move to another hotel and the stay itself.

This hotel is located right on the edge of the old town. It only takes a few minutes to walk to the cathedral, which is very convenient. Moreover, it has its own parking lot, making it highly suitable for those traveling by car. The hotel breakfast is not particularly lavish, but it's sufficient.

It was away from the bustle of the city itself but yet near enough (15 mins), hence it was nice and quiet. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was very helpful and cane back to open my room door when I left my key in it. There are a few supermarkets near the hotel too.

Na overall very nice experience. The location was good, the bed was comfortable, it was warm and the staff was amazing.

Beautiful hotel, central location and my room had a bath and balcony. Everything was faultless & Elba on reception was really helpful with questions such as nearby laundromat & booking buses etc. would absolutely return here.

Apartment was very light and comfortable, right in the historic centre. Very clean.

Good place to have a relaxing pamper experience after the camino, also the staff communication was excellent and really tried to make my stay and enjoyable and flexible as possible.
