A must for all - awesome views over the city of Barcelona... lots else to see and do and another amazing church / cathedral up at the top. Lots for kids to do up there and a nice Finicular ride to get there
If tou have kids, do not think twice...GO! Take a cab or a bus (I would recommend cab since it takes half the time to arrive there). It is a very funny park (old style) for tou to visit. Kids enjoy, adults enjoy, bery nice!
Amusement park is great! Not sure it's worth buying the €28.50 ticket if you just want to go on a few rides, you can buy individual tickets for a couple of euros for the Big Wheel and others. Check before you buy.
Amazing views over Barcelona city. It’s not easy to get to walking, so take the Green Line official bus tour and get off at Stop number 14. You have to walk up a steep hill and then take the cable car to the very top. Well worth the effort.
Wow! What a view all around Barcelona area. Long way to go, and took time because of waiting. We went there with S2 (local train from Catalunya station, leaves under ground, near park), funicular and then bus 111 which was very small, so couldn't take so many people in. So take your time. I is really worth to see!
We could not get up there unfortunately as the funicular was out of service. They operated a shuttle bus to replace it but instead of the original price of 7 EUR, it costed 13... they included the funfair in it but we did not need it! I considered it unfair and a rib-off... Anyway the view from the departure site was already beautiful.
The room and bath were comfortable. The common areas were very nice and there was always a place to sit and relax, both indoors and outside. The views were spectacular and it was an easy walk to the top of Mt. Tibidabo. We had 3 meals in the restaurant; they were pricey but worth the cost. Staff was courteous, friendly and helpful.
The staff is amazing, the views from the hotel terrace, pool and restaurant are breathtaking. The beds are super comfortable. Walking distance from Tibidabo park which was really fun for the whole family. The spa was an excellent experience also. Highly recommended to get away from the city noise and relax.
Sarrià-St. Gervasi, Barcelona
Terrace, views of Barcelona and the Tibidabo hills.
By going to local areas and appreciating the sights. Mountains are pretty nice for views of Barcelona. Tibidabo was the least hassle to access and has amazing views! Everything else I would recommend buying tickets in advance unless you want to queue up for over an hour or two just to purchase the tickets. I would also recommend purchasing a two day pass for Barcelona City Sightseeing as you can jump on and off the bus whenever you want. Its 35 euros for two days and it goes all around the city every 5-10 minutes :)
Great to be at the beach, visit La Pedrera, and enjoy nature at Park Guell or Tibidabo in the same day
