The hospitality, the receptionist were quite good, welcoming and friendly, great quick service. Got the best room spacious with a beautiful view... I stay in this hotel most times and i always have the same beautiful experience, my favourite is how comfortable their beds are.. I had dinner at their restaurant màs and got 10% discount its not much but something... Their breakfast always best.. generally everything was 10 over 10

Spacious. Staff were kind and helpful. Breakfast was spectacular. Bed was very comfortable. Soaps, towels, and toilet amenities excellent. Quality television.

We stayed at Scandic Helsinki Station for two nights and had a great experience. The hotel was very clean, the staff welcoming, and the breakfast rich and varied. The location is perfect — right in the center of Helsinki and well connected to all public transport. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back. Highly recommended.

The location next to the old church was awesome.

The check in process was easy. The apartment had enough amenities for a short stay, including a fridge, microwave and kettle. It was conveniently located.

It was so cozy and nice. If you like Alva alto or the brand “artek” it will be the perfect space:) The staff was nice and the breakfast was good! I was so satisfied with Helka.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Bastian - the location was close to the central railway station and all the major malls, room was cosy and cleaned daily, breakfast options were great and very filling and delicious! Best of all, the owner was very prompt in his communication with us, which we totally appreciated!

Great location! Its a budget hotel, but the room was spacious and I found the design of the room really cool! Everything worked perfectly. Check in was easy, the TV had many channels, there was a small fridge, microwave etc. the beds were super comfortable and plugs for charging right to the bed. The room was quiet and seemed very well isolated.

It’s great that breakfast and dinner is included in the price. Breakfast was really good. For dinner, there is one main course for each night + salads and sides in a buffet. Location was rather close to the centre and train station (20 minutes walk).

The room was excellent, and the location is very convenient, being close to both the bus station and the shopping centre. The breakfast was decent, offering the usual selection of items.

Check in was extremely delightful with Ida. Good start to our stay in Helsinki. Room facilities were excellent but space is just a tad tight for 2 big luggage. Otherwise all fine. Will definitely stay again.

Wonderful staff that made us feel welcome after a not so nice experience at Hotel Kämp (concierge personally fetched out luggage from other hotel at no surcharge), rooms are exceptionally clean and feature a nice Nordic modern interior. Stylish lighting system, allowing you to set the mood and control lights perfectly. The in-house breakfast and coffee place (also open to external guests) had great quality items and was reasonably priced. SPA area features steam, sauna and small pool as well as a ice bath - all of which is new and well maintained. Would recommend this hotel as the best one in town (including over Kämp).

Friendly staff, quiet and excellent breakfast.

Breakfast was excellent. Enjoyed walking through the various hallways of the hotel. Staff was extremely friendly. Will return for another staycation, the next time we will stay longer.
