Convenient location with tram stop right in front of the hotel, and a grocery store and Burger King in the same building. We asked for a room with a tub, which was honored. Staff was super nice, and breakfast had a good variety.

Big plus for the opening hours of the gym and especially the sauna. The location is perfect - close to everything and at the same time calm and quiet. The room was clean and fresh. Recommended to visit the neighboring Kaisaniemi botanical garden if you stay here.

I could check at 1pm which made things so much easier for me. The room was great. I had booked without a window but was upgraded to a room with one. I really appreciated the gesture. And finally the breakfast was excellent.

Great location, extremely friendly and helpful staff even during a big event and a lot of people at the hotel. We were able to pay for late check out (only 20 euros) which was truly a life saver during this cold month because our flight was at 18:30. I would stay here again!

We stayed only for one night but loved every second. A special shout-out to duty manager Jani for letting us have a short and sweet sauna experience last minute. He was extremely kind and accommodating, like the rest of the staff at breakfast. As for the breakfast itself, it was extremely varied and nutritious. I could happily imagine myself staying there long-term. There was even a lovely kids' playroom near our room on the third floor, but sadly, we had no time to check it out.

It was so cozy and nice. If you like Alva alto or the brand “artek” it will be the perfect space:) The staff was nice and the breakfast was good! I was so satisfied with Helka.

The location of this hotel was ideal. it was about a 10 minute walk to the train station. the hotel was tucked back a little so there was little noise from traffic. the windows opened which was fantastic because we love fresh cold air. We prefer that over air conditioning. The staff was pleasant, rooms were clean and spacious. It's a 20 minute walk to the bus station, 10 minute walk to the Helsinki Public Library and square where you meet up for the walking tour. 10 minute walk to LIDL and plenty of restaurants close by.

Exceptionally good location if you are running the Helsinki Marathon. Apart from that, all the facilities are great (swimming pool, the gym and the lounge). Spacious rooms and helpful staff

Amazing 15th floor room. Breakfast 10/10. Friendly staff and great location from airport and to train. Shopping mall has got everything you'll need.

The room was excellent, and the location is very convenient, being close to both the bus station and the shopping centre. The breakfast was decent, offering the usual selection of items.

Breakfast was excellent. Enjoyed walking through the various hallways of the hotel. Staff was extremely friendly. Will return for another staycation, the next time we will stay longer.

The hospitality, the receptionist were quite good, welcoming and friendly, great quick service. Got the best room spacious with a beautiful view... I stay in this hotel most times and i always have the same beautiful experience, my favourite is how comfortable their beds are.. I had dinner at their restaurant màs and got 10% discount its not much but something... Their breakfast always best.. generally everything was 10 over 10
