Everything exceeded our expectations. For the price, I honestly don't think you can find a better location. Being just steps away from the Champs-Élysées made exploring Paris incredibly easy. The reception is open 24/7, and every member of the staff we met was kind, professional, and very helpful. We had to check out at 3 a.m. for an early flight, and during the night we also needed to print some travel documents. The receptionist helped us immediately without any hassle, which I really appreciated.
