I had booked an apt as I’ve dogs but I was let down at last minute abd found this hotel at 23h15 in the Pyrenees. It was so lovely or so I thought until I awoke and saw how stunningly beautiful the town is… just stunning. The staff were very accommodating and the breakfast was and delight. I only wish I could have stayed longer to explore this lovely town. Then I saw the walk to ski lift!!! We will be back.

A nice older style hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Our room was clean and quite spacious with a comfortable bed. Very convenient for the shops and restaurants.

This was the best room we had in twelve days in the pyrenees. Totally self-contained and had everything you needed. We personally loved the fact that it was not situated in the middle of town, this aided a very quiet night's sleep. The rooms have all been recently renovated to a very high standard and were immaculately clean. The shower was very powerful. We were only looking for somewhere to stay for 2 nights but ended up booking a third as it was so comfortable and well priced. If you can't be bothered cooking your own breakfast they have a bar, just a two minute walk down the road. Here you can get a coffee and a croissant for less than 3 euros!!

A beautiful location and a hotel with so much rustic charm. I stayed one night on a bicycle tour but would have made a great base to explore the Pyrenees. The dinner menu was brilliant, very good quality food. Breakfast was plentiful and also very tasty, lots of home cooked treats. The bed was super comfortable and the balcony view was great. Lovely family run hotel. Everybody was very friendly and accommodated all our needs (a group of 22 cyclists). The evening meal was superb and exceptional value for money!

Location in a village without any facilities, but beautiful nature. Not too expensive.

The room was lovely and a perfect location with exceptional views. The food was extremely good and vast selection of wines to choose from.

The hotel is located at the main street of the city center, near shops and restaurants. The main attractions are walking distance from the hotel, so we never used the car during our stay in Luchon.

Got breakfast. The lady helped me kindly and the location is a few mins walk from city centre.

All staff were nice and friendly which made our stay even more comfortable. Rooms are spacious and bathroom good and functional. Delicious breakfast (not included in your booking) and nice spa facilities (my friend had a massage and LOVED it). Location is amazing

The hotel came way above our expectations. It is not super modern but has lots of character.Fantastic room with incredible Mountain View’s. Super comfortable bed, very good shower and an exceptional breakfast .. fresh orange juice and good coffee + all the rest in a beautiful garden. Lovely staff. Could not recommend more highly. Very good value for money.
