Location next to Place Wilson, Marche Victor Hugo, many restaurants including J'Go and a lovely small Asian restaurant. Friendly welcome from the guy at reception, room very clean, nice bath and shower with plenty of hot water when we used it, coffee machine on the ground floor when we decided not to go to a cafe, decor not too gimmicky.

The kindness of the staff, beautiful garden, verandas and room. And we enjoyed a fantastic breakfast too with some much variety

I spent Christmas here with my family. We had an amazing trip from start to finish. The staff were great and very welcoming. The place was spotless, the rooms were spotless, there was loads to do for entertainment on site.

We appreciated a lot the reservation made for an unforgettable dinner and the help provided from the first minute. The hotel was perfect for a short stay. Walking distance to great streets, cafes and shops. Views of the river were lovely.

-Check-in experience was smooth and the staff readily provided tourism itinerary suggestions because I only had a very limited time in Toulouse. I also had a very early flight and even before the breakfast buffet opened, the staff helped to ensure I managed to get something to eat. Grateful to the staff for going above and beyond. -The staff also reached out to me on the morning before my check-in to make sure I wouldn't have issues with parking in case I was bringing a car. (I was not -- but appreciate the personal approach to informing guests and making sure arrival would be as smooth as possible.) -The room was clean and comfortable -- honestly one of the best Ibis experiences I've had. -Couldn't have asked for a more perfect location that is very central.

The hotel is in a nice location, walking distance to the center. The staff very polite and helpful. The room was very big and nice decorated. The fine dining restaurant inside the hotel is worth trying, very nice dishes.
