Friendly, accomodating staff even though only an evening

4th time i ve been to Mama s shelter and it remains one of the best hotels for me. If you are expecting a high end 5 star hotel it is not for you. But if you are into a funky , hip and authentic place, with an awsome and friendly vibe then it is definitely the place to book.

The team and tranquility in marseille's chaos

Beautifully designed rooms with lovely details and wooden floors. Everything has been sensitively considered. Loved the Smeg kettle and tea mugs. Felt like home. Staff were so helpful. Delicious breakfast. Highly recommended.

Absolutely flawless stay! The hotel’s design is stunning, and the central location made it so easy to explore the city on foot. Having the option to book a parking spot was a huge plus. Everything was spotless, the breakfast was delicious and varied, and I truly have nothing negative to say. I can’t wait to come back!

Stunning building, very nice location near Le Cours Julien. Great pool and jacuzzi (at no extra cost unlike other hotels) and very cozy. Very informative host. Highly recommended.

Clean and comfortable. Very central

The staff were really helpful. The bed was big and super comfy. The room was a good size with very tall windows. The shower was strong with lots of hot water. Great location.

The girl at reception speaks italian too and she is very good in her job

This is wonderful place to take a vacation in the centre. Extremely hospitable hotel staff, very tidy and comfortable place. The owner Arizki responded to all requests and helped us in everything, the best option for a budget holidays, walking distance to all historical places and to a wonderful beach (20 minutes on foot). We were extremely satisfied with our vacation and are very grateful to the hotel staff .
