I spent Christmas here with my family. We had an amazing trip from start to finish. The staff were great and very welcoming. The place was spotless, the rooms were spotless, there was loads to do for entertainment on site.

I have stayed in hundreds of hotels worldwide. This may not be the most luxurious hotel in the world but in terms of value is first class. The reception staff are beyond friendly and helpful. A welcoming smile after a long journey, a wave in the morning and deep gratitude for your stay on departure. The room is comfortable. The bathroom clean and of decent size. The location is exceptional. Central with easy access to the centre. The metro is a few minutes away and the train station about 15 minutes walk. The area is full or restaurants, cafes, bars, shops, markets even cinemas. A wonderful experience.

Great location, easy access, quick and efficient service. breakfast ok. Even staying in a room next to the elevator, there was no noise during the night. I didn't use a bicycle but I saw a few parked inside the building.
