A very modern hotel with absolutely everything you will ever need. Extremely clean room with a very comfortable bed. Super friendly staff.

I spent Christmas here with my family. We had an amazing trip from start to finish. The staff were great and very welcoming. The place was spotless, the rooms were spotless, there was loads to do for entertainment on site.

The kindness of the staff, beautiful garden, verandas and room. And we enjoyed a fantastic breakfast too with some much variety

Location next to Place Wilson, Marche Victor Hugo, many restaurants including J'Go and a lovely small Asian restaurant. Friendly welcome from the guy at reception, room very clean, nice bath and shower with plenty of hot water when we used it, coffee machine on the ground floor when we decided not to go to a cafe, decor not too gimmicky.

Clean, comfortable, small hotel. Overall we liked everything. Delicious breakfasts and friendly staff. The location is great. If possible, I recommend taking larger rooms.

For us this was a fantastic location. After walking the Via Tolosana for 2 weeks this hotel offered a gorgeously warm welcome and luxurious stay, within view of the Basilica St Sernin. Comfortable beds , excellent bathrooms, nourishing and generous breakfast all within the call of the bells of the Basilica.

Close to city centre, clean and helpful staff

Excellent room, spacious and very comfortable. Excellent location in the central part of the city with lots of restaurants and cafes, as well as easy access to main points of interest.

Brilliant location, lovely staff.

-Check-in experience was smooth and the staff readily provided tourism itinerary suggestions because I only had a very limited time in Toulouse. I also had a very early flight and even before the breakfast buffet opened, the staff helped to ensure I managed to get something to eat. Grateful to the staff for going above and beyond. -The staff also reached out to me on the morning before my check-in to make sure I wouldn't have issues with parking in case I was bringing a car. (I was not -- but appreciate the personal approach to informing guests and making sure arrival would be as smooth as possible.) -The room was clean and comfortable -- honestly one of the best Ibis experiences I've had. -Couldn't have asked for a more perfect location that is very central.

A lovely hotel close to the city center, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there.

Beautiful hotel, completely new, well communicated and with a great breakfast. In addition, there is a kettle and coffee machine in the room, spacious bathroom and very comfortable bed. The personal is very kind and helpful. If I'm back in Toulouse I'm sure I'll go there.

Great location, easy access, quick and efficient service. breakfast ok. Even staying in a room next to the elevator, there was no noise during the night. I didn't use a bicycle but I saw a few parked inside the building.
