Exceptional staff/ facilities. Could not have been more pleasant and efficient. The location is very central being 30 mins drive from CDG, and a metro station 5 mins walk from hotel. The property was recently opened, and for the hotel and staff to be at that standard already, it was honestly great and very impressive. Their courtesy was so welcoming. Kenza and Ali couldn’t have done more for us. They genuinely went above and beyond for both my partner and I, and really went out of their way to make our trip that bit better. Great coffee and food too, and very accessible for other options for eating out, with the metro being a 5 minute walk from hotel to all touristy areas in Paris.

Very near to Metro and clean hotel

Location is the best if you’re planning on getting and leaving from Gare Du Nor (right across the street) - metro is right there too; Room design is really cool.

Babel was like a little oasis in Paris, the hotel is super charming, the staff are very helpful and polite and the room, although small, is very comfortable! The bed makes you feel like you’re sleeping in the clouds and the decoration is incredible, everything thought out to the smallest details to have an artsy touch, which is the highlight of staying in Belleville. The neighborhood is absolutely beautiful, with several open-air galleries, many restaurants and cafes that have a touch of Paris that goes beyond the obvious. We hope to come back very soon!

The room is not huge as expected but it’s a good size in Paris. The bed was really comfortable, the other furniture was really nice and modern and the window flowers on the walls were adorable. The location is really good both for public transportation and for taxis. Both the lunch/dinner at the restaurant and the breakfast downstairs were delicious every time. The food also has a relatively good price and the bakery next door tops it off even more. I could go on all day long but the absolute best part of our stay was the staff. The cleaning crew keeps everything tidy and they are very polite and helpful, the breakfast crew and the restaurant waiters are super nice and last but not least the receptionist are above and beyond. This was our honeymoon/celebration for my husband’s diploma. Everyone made it super special for us. We couldn’t thank them enough!

We had a room facing the inner courtyard, nice and quite place, no outside noise or lights coming in.

Clean hotel, Good location and close to metro station.

La situation de l’hôtel était idéale par rapport à la raison de ma venue sur Paris. J’ai adoré pouvoir partir de l’hôtel et courir le long du Canal Saint-Martin, dans le Parc de la Villette et dans le Parc des Buttes-Chaumont. La chambre était superbe et climatisée, le personnel du petit déjeuner était absolument adorable et au petit soin pour rendre ce moment magique !

Arrival and check in were good with a friendly receptionist who spoke good English. It was a very hot day and the hotel aircon was working very well, both in reception and in our room. The room was small but comfortable and clean, and the bathroom was the same. The windows kept the street noise out fairly well. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the Metro station (Crimee) and there is also a bus that passes outside. There are plenty of shops and food outlets nearby. The area isn't particularly touristy, and we didn't stay out later but seemed OK to us.

I loved the hotel and the room décor. The room was spotless, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel’s location was also very convenient, especially being so close to the music venue I attended. Plenty of restaurants nearby and stores for shopping. The hotel kindly offered luggage storage even after check-out, since my train departed later in the evening, allowing me to go sightseeing without carrying heavy bags. What truly made the stay memorable was the exceptional service from the receptionist, Nadia. She was warm, personable, and genuinely delightful to interact with. My friend and I arrived well before check-in, and Nadia was able to arrange a room for him immediately. Although my room wasn’t readily available, when I finally checked-in, she kindly upgraded me to a larger room at no extra charge, which I greatly appreciated.

Small and compact size room but with good design which makes use of space. Feel comfortable throughout my stay. e.g. sliding bathroom door, bottom to top cabinet for clothes hanging and luggage storage. Aircon is a bonus. Very close to one of the metro station and it is easy to go anywhere by metro in Paris. The surrounding neighborhood is not fantastic but you have to accept it. However, Carrefour is just a few steps from the hotel and there is a good pastries store no far away, on the way to the nearest metro.

Very nice , clean hotel in calm living area. Breakfast was very variouse and tasty. Personal was very friendly and helpful.

The stay was excellent.We were 6 people, booked a double and a family room.The both rooms were spotless.The family room was huge and double room was really spacious.There was a view of the Basilica and the Eiffel from family room, that was a bonus. Attaching zoomed pics of both.The staffs were super friendly. The 24/7 club service of free snacks, coffee,juice, fruits were really great, we haven't seen anything like this in anywhere in other European countries we travelled. The micro filtered water saved our money and time as we get those from supermarkets.I hope Okko should open in entire Europe.

Convenient to La grande Halle de la villette and lovely staff

Everything was excellent. Staff were helpful. The location is super; near the metro and bus. The room was clean. They are generous, providing coffee, water and croissants in the lobby. They even tried to help me to call for checking over my delayed luggage. One of the best places in Paris.

Clean and recently renovated. Floors were the vintage wood with a beautiful glossy finish. The elderly gentleman running the lobby was very courteous but couldn't speak any English. But we managed to communicate the essentials.
