Staff were very helpful and friendly! Love the breakfast buffet. The view from the restaurant is amazing! Love that hotel is walking distance to old Lyon and place Bellecour. Love that minibar is included and replenished daily. We got the suite room. Decor is not updated but has its charm and what’s important is it looks, feels and smells clean!

Room was very spacious, quiet and clean. Locatioj is very good, very close to parrache metro and tram stations and walking distance to major activities.

Room is spotless clean and comfortable bed and pillows. Not sure if the room was just better in person or if I was given an upgrade because it was spacious. The bathroom was lovely!! Staff very accommodating and quick to act on requests. They also allowed to checkout 1hour later since I arrived very late in the evening. Location is very central.

Beautiful room and welcoming, helpful staff. The one dinner I had in the restaurant was excellent, and the buffet breakfast was also great as it went well beyond the "Continental" assortment of pastries and coffee. Very good location as it is convenient to Lyon-Perrache railroad station, metro Station A, and Trams 1 and 2. (However, figuring out which exit to take from the Metro station was purely conjectural for me.) With these transport systems, I was able to access all the museums and tourist spots I wanted to visit in the city.

I enjoyed staying here for its location within walking distance of the historic center. The T1 tram is an easy way to and from the main train station. I enjoyed talking to the staff and getting answers to my questions about tourist information. Everyone was helpful. Room was large and comfortable breakfast was fresh and delicious.

Staff very friendly, room good and quiet, breakfast had all I could wish for. And I could book an indoor parking space, great. Close to inner city and river.

Staff were friendly, helpful. Loved the location; walking distance for many sites & close to tram. Stored my luggage for a couple days which was very helpful for me.

I always have a hard time with the pillows at hotels because they are too hard and high but the ones at Mama were fluffy and perfect!

Excellent hotel in the heart of Lyon! The location couldn’t be better — everything is just a short walk away. The room was very clean, quiet, and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The facilities are modern and well-kept, making the stay even more enjoyable. Great value for the quality offered. I would happily return on my next trip to Lyon!
