The room was amazing - we had two separate double beds, very comfy, the pillows were very nice and we had a good sleep there both nights. Great location, with the beach just across - everywhere was a short walk. Overall, very convenient.

Great location,we really enjoyed view and sitting at the balcony. Room and bathroom were very spacious,would definitely come back :) possibility of storing our baggage was also really helpful. Location in the city center but no noise at all.

Extremely friendly front of house Frederique. It was in the heart of the action beside Les Halles market. The room was beautiful in the sun in the late afternoon

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Jacques was an exceptional host who was always available to answer questions and meet our needs. The hosts are a definite asset to the hotel. Cafe au lait and pastries at the Hotel du Palais and the view was a highlight!

location top/ staff super friendly. most comfortable beds and sheets I ever slept on and just an overall fantastic stay.

The athmosphere, the deco, location, the welcoming and helpful service. Everything really. The Saint Charles is truly a delightful place to stay at, close to the commerces, cafes and restaurants of Saint Charles but also easily accessible and close to sea front and centre. I will be back on my next visit to Biarritz. Thank you everyone

Good friendly staff, The hotel was going through a revamp, Myself and Partners stayed in one of the rooms that had been re+done, the room was first class, We will definitely be staying here again. The rest of the chain could do with the same revamp.
