Absolutely the best part of our stay was a gentleman in the reception - he was so lovely and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Very kind, guided us with our trip to Paris. If we come back, he will be the reason of us choosing this particular accommodation.

Close to airport, but incredible hotel, stunning room loved the balcony! Ate in the restaurant was such a wonderful meal and service! Gardens are incredible

We have been here a lot of times already and it's always a pleasure to stay in this hotel. You can park the car in front of your room and the breakfast is amazing.

Excellent surroundings with a park and water body around. Greenery pretty much in the entire vicinity. Close to historical sites such as Abbaye de Chaalis, Senlis, Chantilly, sentier des écrivains.. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast spread. Very good dinner menu.

Great location in Chantilly, close to the Palace in one direction and to the main boulevard in the other. Welcoming staff, very friendly and helpful. Dog friendly - they even provided a dog bed with porcelain water and food bowls in the room! Beautiful rooms, spacious, quiet and private, with very comfortable beds and pillows. The Jardin d’Hiver restaurant was fantastic - we ate there two nights in a row and couldn’t fault it. The food was delicious, a very high standard and presentation Added bonus was the valet parking.

Idéal to go from and to Charles de gaulle airport and parc Astérix. Yet, very quiet. Very good breakfast Lots of nice restaurants nearby ( even if they are chains)

The location was beautiful and peaceful

The greeting on our arrival was extremely warm, and curteous. The room was large, warm and ideally equipped for our stay. The restaurant for dinner had a lovely relaxed atmosphere and the food was delightful. Equally breakfast the following morning could not be faulted. The owners were charming and inviting, we found them to be the perfect hosts. Overall this was the best hôtel we have visited in many years.

Great place to stay right in the centre of Chantilly with a nice restaurant and parking as a bonus

The standard double room we had had a great corner location overlooking the town square. Love the small seats you can use for reading... The room is very clean and cozy. The breakfast is amazing there was a decent selection and everything tasted great. The ambiance in the breakfast hall is very good. There is also a private hotel parking with chargers for electric cars. The stations for the free buses going to the chateau and the train station are in front of the hotel.

location for a secure car park-staff were well mannered food was good the shower could of been a bit more cleaner tho but overall was a good experience
