Big rooms, great facilities such as pool and kids room. Walking distance to some trails in the nature. The staff was fantastic, specially Paola who helped us organise outings that were adapted to two small kids. Highly recommend!

Best apartment we've stayed in in Andorra -spacious, light, well-equipped and comfortable. Loads of cupboard space and hooks for coats and ski gear. The kitchen had decent equipment and proper-sized pans, which is surprisingly rare. We appreciated the Italian coffee press! The apartment was also really quiet and we never heard any noise from other guests. We went to the hotel bar every night because it had a great atmosphere and the restaurant chef catered for our vegan diet. The food was great. All the staff went out of their way for us and could not have given us a warmer welcome. We will definitely be back both in winter and summer -there is a trail head just 50 metres from the building that connects with all the main hiking routes and the beautiful Val d'Incles is just 10 minutes away via the trail.

This place is a jem. The staff were all so nice, the rooms were cozy, clean and spacious and the location is perfect. There is also just a great atmosphere here.

A modern, incredibly stylish, and spotless hotel. Excellent staff and a delicious restaurant. The hotel is conveniently located near the lift, restaurants, and shops. The breakfast is excellent, and they even serve champagne! We are very happy with our stay and will definitely come back!

Exceptional quality residence, with a great spa and gym. The shuttle to the ski lifts was very convenient, running every 5 minutes. Ski rentals are available at the shop in the hotel; convenient locker rooms. Breakfast was also great!

great location, near 2 major ski station. It's convenient if you drive a car. And the room is comfortable with 4 beds, family friendly. warmly air-conditioned, like it!

Excellent location and spacious room

We stayed for one night on the way to Southern Spain. Got to hotel really tired , had a lovely shower and went for dinner and it was really lovely.

Felt extremely clean, very comfortable bed and in an excellent location for walking in to the local town the thermal pool was an added bonus and we didn’t realise it was open all year round. Amazing breakfast with a plethora of food and drink on offer from local producers! The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

ok where do i even start with this hotel? we spent ages researching where to stay on a first road trip to Andorra, and we are so glad we decided to stay at Sport Hotel Hermitage & Spa. I genuinely can not recommend this hotel enough as for me and my wife it was perfect. I loved the fact that by the 2nd day everyone knew my name, all the staff were super friendly, supportive, providing advice and guidance as required. The parking across the hotel was super convenient and now that we know the bus routes we didnt need our car for much else. The hotel itself is how you see it in the pictures but in reality it is so much better in person. The lobby is grand, i love fact the the hotel is built into the side of a mountain and all the rooms are below road level. Our room 406 was amazing, the room service team, front of house, restaurant staff and the breakfast teams were all fantastic. I want to mention a few people who made our stay extra special, Sergio, William, Kevin, Eric, Maria, Juno and Oscar all deserve to be recognized for their professionalism and mannerism and i really hope the hotel management provide my comments to the team. i mentioned these people as i engaged with this staff every day of our 5 night stay. I highly recommend this hotel, location is perfect, staff are amazing, the food is fantastic too. Also as it was off-season we had the Spa to ourselves on most days! Me and my wife are not Skiiers but we are already planning our next trip. Hope to see you all again, regards, Mr Singh
