This is a great location for a stop over. Great hotel, professional staff, facilities are great and it is an easy hop off the highway.

Comfy basic room, very clean, staff are lovely, good basic breakfast, easy to walk to from the airport, bus stop to Bayonne train station outside the hotel.

The way we were received was super warm, made us feel comfortable and relaxed right away, specially how the receptionist was so nice to my dog. They serve fresh made pizzas until late and the common area is very cozy.

Good friendly staff, The hotel was going through a revamp, Myself and Partners stayed in one of the rooms that had been re+done, the room was first class, We will definitely be staying here again. The rest of the chain could do with the same revamp.

The staff was very kind and understanding. We were able to leave our luggage after check out. The room was nice, wide enough. Instructions to enter were clear. Location is perfect.

Staff were so friendly and helpful. They helped us book and print our bus passes. Our room was also upgraded. It was very clean, the bed was so comfortable and air con was perfect. Location perfect for exploring the old town.

The athmosphere, the deco, location, the welcoming and helpful service. Everything really. The Saint Charles is truly a delightful place to stay at, close to the commerces, cafes and restaurants of Saint Charles but also easily accessible and close to sea front and centre. I will be back on my next visit to Biarritz. Thank you everyone
