A warm welcome. New owner trying and succeeding with a warm welcome, kindness, explanation of facilities and ease of access, resulting in a rather nice 2 night stay.

Staff were friendly and helpful without being over effusive. Room was spotless and well arranged. My dog was welcomed. Lovely litte park over the road.

Lovely wooden lodges in picturesque surroundings. The lodges are well catered and clean. The stay was only one night but was very enjoyable.

Very close to the volcano hikes and attractions (Puy-de-Dome and others), a 5 minute drive to Vulcania, convenient rooms, nice breakfast from 7.30 until 9.30AM.

Good accommodation, friendly staff, plenty of parking.

Loved the quality of the room it was so well soundproofed as the hotel is situated on a main road but you can’t hear any traffic The restaurant was unbelievable!! Worth the experience

A warm welcome from the host. Everything clearly explained. I decided to have the breakfast and there was plenty of choice. The hotel was quiet and relaxed.

Nice, well designed houses within the forest! Close to Volvic and Clermont-Ferrand, ideal if you want to visit the volcanic area?

The staff were wonderful, really helpful. The evening meal was one of the best I've ever had.

Spacious room with balcony was fantastic. Attentive staff and excellent service. Gastronomical restaurant was great value. Highly recommended. Access to the thermal baths was a plus. Rooftop bar also excellent.

The owners gave us a warm welcome & explained the history of the hotel. Lovely ambience & very attentive staff. Delicious dinner & ideal parking with our roof box outside in the hotel grounds.

Loved the quirky rooms and the staff were super friendly and really helpful with great recommendations. The nearby car park provided good se are parking for our motorbike, and it was also lovely having the bar area for a nightcap before bed.

For the price and the location, it is really hard to beat in terms of pricing. It is near everything. And on top of that there is air-conditioning.

Location of the hotel is really good. The nice Japanese restaurant is nearby , and supermarket Auchan. In few min walking is city centre

Luxury hotel, well located, very friendly and helpful staff. The food was to die for, the service in the restaurant great, waitressing at its best. Full attention for the guest.
