Thy festive menu was excellent, and the staff very attentive.

I am surprised by some of the poor reviews. We used this a one-nighter before an early flight (we did not do breakfast) and I was very happy. Good room, good TV, bathroom. Easy checkin, Good restaurant on-site. Good price. Shuttle to the airport for a price (about the same as a taxi - no point in waiting for it to go to the hotel, but it is convenient to have it booked for return). Ample parking. Much cheaper than the hotels closer to the airport.

Beautiful inside and outside! Absolute luxury! Rooms were lovely and big. Staff were fantastic. Garden was gorgeous.

The place is very beautiful and classic. If you are into these kinds of hotel themes, I definitely recommend it. Also, the staff were very helpful, polite, and professional, and I look for it in every hotel I travel to. The breakfast was nice too and delicious. My rooms were clean & tide. The services were great and fast, I asked for a room with a view & they provided quickly, this alone is enough for me to come back again to this hotel if I travelled in the future. Highly recommended 👌

Lovely spa facilities. Amazing breakfast, so much choice. 70s & 80s night was superb. Very good location for Glasgow. Most of the staff were amazing, happy, helpful & customer focused.

It was a nice location from the airport for us. The room was very comfortable. We enjoyed an evening meal and a breakfast the next day. The staff were accommodating and helpful.

Location was outstanding across from a park,a museum and a castle. The staff and food at both restaurants was fabulous.

Nice location, with bus stops right outside and down the street, easy to get to from the city center. Easy to check in and out, clean room and lovely breakfast. On the day of my checkout I had to leave before breakfast startet, but they had packed me an express breakfast that I collected from reception at 6am.

John and his staff were so lovely and couldn't do enough for us. It's really one of the nicest places we ever stayed. Will definitely be back.
