Location was great, staff friendly, modern and clean.

The property was great, there was lots of room for my grandchildren to run around on the grass area.. Rooms were spacious too. The lounge area downstairs was great to enjoy a coffee and relax.. Breakfast was perfect and a great selection. We were comfortable and the staff were very polite and welcoming. We would definitely stay again and recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to have some quiet time.

Travelled for work and stayed one night. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Food in the restaurant was amazing and service was top! Room was good, clean, tidy and had everything needed. Parking on site was essential and the carpark here is right outside the hotel and plenty of spaces. Location was great, easy to find and easy access to motorways etc...

We really liked the room, old style very cute and had everything we needed and very spacious. Had a tv and a heater and bathroom was perfect also. Kettle for coffee and tea. About a 20 min drive into the city, staff were friendly.

It was really everything i wanted for this trip of mine. All the staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was just the perfect amount and it tasted nice. The room was clean and cozy.

The room very big, clean and confortable.

Friendly receptionist, lovely smile, extremely helpful, coming across as genuinely helpful, rather than just going through the motions. Very clean room, which was lovely and warm, once heating kicked in. Comfy bed, great pillows. Excellent sized TV. Plug socket next to bed, so it was conveniently placed to charge up phone, whilst still using phone. Free Wi Fi. Proper sturdy hangers in wardrobe. Portable heater in cupboard for use prior to automatic evening timer kicking in at 8 PM.

The quality of the room I stayed in (room 2 downstairs )was fantastic, on par with pricey boutique hotels, such as the Hotel du Vin. Very well decorated, clean and modern, but with personality. Original beams and brickwork. The air-con was fantastic! Hotel quality extras in for the bathroom. Very comfortable bed and fresh linens. Thoroughly clean throughout. Spacious room.
