the room was very clean and comfortable.. the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a lovely breakfast one morning. The Hotel is very interesting and different from the norm and very central.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and the location ideal. We had a wonderful few days in Belfast and the hotel helped us to enjoy a great interesting restful holiday. The hop on hop off bus brought us to places we wanted to visit for a long time. The bus very convenient to the hotel.

I honestly cannot speak highly enough of my experience at The Balmoral Hotel. Greeted by such friendly reception staff. Arriving in my room to find a lovely message and treat for my 50th birthday...so kind and thoughtful. The room was very, very clean. New shower room. Lovely toiletries. Very quiet. We ate in the restaurant .... there was the of us and we genuinely each thought it was the BEST food we had ever tasted!! Lovely surroundings. The bar next door looked really nice too... and we also had a peep at the outdoor beer garden.... wasn't open but looks great! Beds really comfy...quality sheets & pillows. BREAKFAST...WAOW!! I'd read the reviews....it really was that good! Danish pastries, fresh fruit, yogurts, cereals, plus a cooked breakfast selection. Just ALL wonderful from start to finish. Thank you team Balmoral 🥳👏

Very close to main transport and area was quite, staff was lovely. Room was very clean,

convenience...5 minute walk to Botanic Avenue cafés and bars and vintage clothes shops. 30 minute walk to the odyssey/SSE arena. 25ish minutes to city centre. Queens University very close. easy check in with electronic code. plus phone advice if any issues. room is in old Victorian house. bed is blocked off in a made room.. hard to explain... but works well and keeps traffic/ street noise out and is cosy. TV ... all stations. ensuite functions well. kettle for coffee/ tea.

Amazingly attentive people 💙the friendliness is out of this world. You will feel so welcome. The house is a gem. Full of art and crafts. Each room individually furnished and lovingly decorated. Live music at the bar and something to discover behind every corner. Spotless. Ever so tasty breakfast. Super located in a nice area of Belfast. Parking spot.

We arrived at 1am on the ferry and they kept the bar open. Great facility, friendly and helpful staff.

This hotel is perfectly located- close to the Grand Central Station and to the city centre. Everything is in walking distance! The staff is super nice, breakfast is yummy and it's reasonably priced. What more can you ask for? The welcome cocktail was also lovely. A great place to stay in Belfast!
