Very Centrally located and very helpful staff. Very easy check in and well decored rooms. Breakfast was good. I enjoyed my stay in the hotel.

The breakfast, apart from being very good quality, was varied to suit everyone’s taste. Steve was very friendly and made us feel at home during the breakfast. Reception was very friendly as well. The room facilities exceeded our expectations. The quality of tea coffee service were a good surprise. Since we travelled by public transport to visit out of Glasgow locations, the location of the hotel is ideal.

The hotel had an old world charm and yet had Some modern day amenities. The staff was very friendly and professional.

Hotel Artto was wonderful. It was very clean. Staff was courteous and the continental breakfast was high quality. The location was central for walking to all of the downtown sites. We were able to walk from the bus station.

Location was excellent I highly recommend it's a walking distance to major sightseeing,the room was big,bath multi purpose, the restaurant up to and bowling place icing on the cake and staff very polite and always ready to be of assistance.

Lovely spacious room in a great location right on St George's square. In fact the airport bus stopped right outside the hotel which was a bonues. Also the hotel is just around the corner from Glasgow Train station. My accommodation booking included use of the executive lounge and as I was a little early for check in I was allowed to use the lounge and amenities (tea platter which was substantial). Also drinks and snacks in the evening. It felt like being at home.

Brilliant facilities. We loved the pool, spa, sauna and steam room in particular. The staff member Reiss in the fitness centre couldn't have done more to help and made our stay memorable with his excellent service and attention to detail.
