Už na úvod sme boli ústretovo prijatí personálom, deťom sa hlavne páčil prístup pána Soon, bol super. Ale aj ostatný personál bol profesionálny a ochotný. Hotel je blízko centra aj pri kanáloch a rušnej ulice Broad street, napriek tomu bol tichý. Izba dostatočne priestranná a raňajky na jednotku s prijemným personálom. Cena bezkonkurenčná. Boli sme veľmi spokojní.
