Everything was great! Great location, amazing river view, spacious room, nice spa facilities.

The rooms were so unique and beautifully decorated with charming touches. The bed was huge and incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was spacious, and everything was immaculately clean. The staff offered me warm milk for tea to keep in the room upon arrival. I had explored London by foot the previous three days and was so keen to have day to rest and recuperate before more exploring. The Alma was the perfect oasis for a restful day.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Spread Eagle. Staff were brilliant. The room was exceptional, very comfortable and had everything we needed. Attention to detail.

Great hotel in a quant town (Clapham). The boutique hotel is so cute and the restaurant and bar are fantastic (many locals come here on the weekends for dinner and drinks. It is located right next to Clapham Common and the nearest Tube Station is about a 1/4 mile away.

Chelsea Guest House was the perfect accommodation for our needs. The bed was spacious, and everything was spotless clean, from sheets to the room itself. The services were also great, cleaning was done thoroughly upon demand and we got fresh towels as well. What we really appreciated was the proximity to the public transportation means, the bus station being just a few steps near the property. There are also a bunch of restaurants and shops around.

Check in was easy. Staff was great throughout the whole venue.

The staff was friendly to the point of effusiveness. The lobby is charmingly decorated. The rooms have lots of electrical outlets. The Lillie Langtry is a good pub for food or drinks, only a block away.

Location: Fantastic location. Two different major underground stations walking distance, 10-15 minutes to get in to central London. Property: Effortless check-in and check-out. There is 24h concierge at the property. Both day and night concierge staff are very friendly and helpful. I had a minor issue with the safe in the room (it was my mistake), Piotr very kindly resolved this for me very swiftly. Room: Clean, convenient, has all the equipment as mentioned on the listing. As a single traveler, plenty of space in the room and storing cupboard / shelves.

Location , close to Tube and buses

We stayed for a couple nights and the room was very spacious with a bath and shower and a sofa which is unusual. We loved the spa and having a restaurant there was helpful. We didn't have breakfast there as we felt it was a bit over priced but it's ideally located with a bus stop pretty much right outside. The staff were lovely, anything we needed they handled brilliantly and they let us leave our bags at the hotel after checking out so we didn't need to lug them around London which was appreciated!

Located in a Victorian Terrace close to everything by foot.

Room was very clean, modern and the bed was comfortable! We didn't experience breakfast but we did enjoy our dinner at the hotel restaurant. Our purpose of visiting London was to attend Wimbledon championships so we mainly stayed in the area but we did spend 1 day visiting London's center. Tube access is within a 10-minute walk and the train is closer to a 20-minute walk. There were plenty of restaurant options within a 10-15 minute walk.

Em, who welcomed us, was extraordinary. So welcoming and knowledgeable, she made us feel great from the very first step. The property was immaculately clean. The room was smallish but actually larger than many London hotels. There was good closet space and a niche for sitting and setting suitcases. Bottled water was supplied and there was a well stocked bar on the ground floor adjacent to the entry. The bedding was superb. There was nothing one could criticize.

I liked the location, air-conditioning and room. It was simple and functional.

Staff were friendly and helpful, and room was nice. Handy for underground.
