The bar area was clean. Great drink presentation. Clean rooms!

Modern, clean, efficient check in

A cozy hotel with ground floor leisure area and a splendid roof bar

Everything, specially the staff and their attention to details.

The apartments are spacious, there is a fully functional kitchen and even a small back yard. These apartments are perfect for family trips. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The location is perfect for visiting the castle and museums. The airport bus passes very close by.

The Hoxton was an exciting place to stay while in Edinburgh. Minutes away from most places, easy walking paths and a helpful front desk staff. The housekeeping, restaurant & hotel staff seemed to enjoy their jobs. A bonus for us, perhaps; the hotel seemed to have been in its pre-premiere days. The beds, pillows and decor were enjoyable. A unique hotel that gives the feeling of a boutique hotel, but without the pretentiousness.

Staff amazing and very friendly, pool very clean and hotel was clean and organized. The barn area is very cozy and well managed and the breakfast is 5 star. Very clean and tidy rooms and staff always on hand to help

Wilde Edinburg was just excellent. Kind and helpful staff, great location right beneath the castle and short walk to Royal Mile, Prince Street and Victoria Street, modern amenities, etc. We enjoyed our stay at Wilde and I highly recommend it.

Great location. Nice staff, very accommodating. Clean space, well organized, and efficient. Very comfortable space in the lobby to have a drink or a cup of tea. Safe and secure - use of room key to get into the room areas/elevators area and for bathrooms in the breakfast area. Nice because they weren't open to the public.

Everyone there was so friendly and helpful. Apartments were beautiful and clean. Conveniently next to a bus stop and about a 15 minute walk to downtown. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful staff, and spacious room. We loved having to separate sleeping areas while still being in one room. We arrived at 8:30am and staff allowed us to sort out check-in procedures and held our luggage while we went to explore the city. When we returned we found they had already brought our luggage to our room for us! The location was also super convenient and close to everything.

I really enjoyed my stay at The Guards Hotel. The location was perfect and across the street from the Haymarket Train Station. Loved my room, Great Customer Service and Great Amenities. I definitely will stay at The Guards Hotel in the near Future.

Lovely hospitality, gorgeous authentic Edinburgh accommodation. Treated us so well!

The property is fully automatic. You have to use your phone to open the doors, which is a good thing, but if you’re not familiar with the technology or using your phone, it could be a little troublesome and also there is no staff no one to guide you so if you have any problems, you have to call them. if you carefully read all the guidelines and follow the instructions, you will have no problems and the whole experience will be very smooth, which is the part that I liked very much. Also there is everything you need in the common place and in your rooms. Just look at the drawers and you will find everything you may need.

Absolutely love this hotel! Staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. Centrally located near the top tourist attractions. A short, leisurely walking distance from Haymarket Train Station and about 14 by foot to Grassmarket.

Everrthing in the hotel perfect

An exceptional stay at Bonnie Hotel’s King Suite! I was visiting Edinburgh for work, speaking at a major conference, and chose to bring my family along. I needed a place that would not only allow me to prepare professionally but also provide relaxation and comfort for my family. This suite did exactly that and much more. The suite was truly luxurious, beautifully designed, and instantly impressive. Upon entering, we were struck by the grandeur of not just one but three magnificent chandeliers, perfectly complementing the suite’s elegant decor. The huge windows filled the space with natural light and provided lovely city views, creating a perfect blend of grandeur and comfort. Every detail was carefully thought through: the bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring I had restful sleep each night before my speeches. Having a fully-equipped kitchenette was incredibly helpful, allowing us to easily prepare quick meals and snacks—especially convenient with a teenager who seemed constantly hungry! The provided iron and ironing board ensured my clothes were always conference-ready, and my mornings were made brighter by the high-quality espresso from the in-room coffee machine. My family loved the luxurious touches and spacious feel, particularly appreciated the stylish interior. Thank you, Bonnie Hotel, for making my business trip feel like a relaxing family retreat. Highly recommended for anyone seeking elegance, convenience, and comfort all in one.
