A special mention for the Concierge team, Daniel and Jamie, who are AMAZIING👏Also the Reception team and in particular Suzette who checked me in on arrival and checked me out at the end of my stay. Quite the best hotel experience in London- even better than when I stayed there 3 times in 1984!

We were absolutely delighted with our stay at The Berkeley. From the moment we arrived, the hotel went above and beyond to accommodate every request and every small detail. Before our arrival, I had asked for a room on a higher floor, with a nice view, as well as an extra bed for our son, and everything was arranged perfectly. The staff were exceptionally polite, kind, professional, smiling, and always ready to help. This was our first time staying at The Berkeley, so I was not familiar with the history of the hotel or how long it has been there, but everything inside felt beautifully renovated, fresh, luxurious, warm, and elegant. The room was excellent — spacious, comfortable, and beautifully appointed. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Although our room was facing Hyde Park and a very busy main road, we could not hear any noise at all inside the room, which made the stay even more relaxing. A special mention must go to the hotel restaurant, La Môme. The restaurant is very stylish and posh, with a wonderful atmosphere, but the food was even better. We truly enjoyed it. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our stay and would happily return. A beautiful hotel with outstanding service.

Location is great room has. Everything you need

I needed a place to sleep close to South Kensington underground. This is exactly that. All cheap hotels in central London have bad reviews because is cold and I was afraid of that but the room was worm. The location is amazing. You have many breakfast options around and for diner an Armenian restaurant at ground floor and behind the building a great Lebanese and a good Chinese restaurant. You're on the best train hub in London. Here Circle, District and Piccadilly lines meet so you are incredibly fast to get anywhere. Buses are also abundant here if you want to commute with a view.

The Hotel was very comfortable. The staff were very hospitable and helpful especially Alishba. The rooms were very neat. I highly recommend the hotel

I was especially delighted to find Turkish eggs on the breakfast menu; it's a treat I rarely get to enjoy, and it truly added a special touch to the mornings. Moreover, the location of the hotel was outstanding—conveniently close to everything we wanted to see and do. This made our exploration of the area effortless and enjoyable. Overall, the hotel exceeded our expectations on every level, and I can't wait to return.
