M' han agradat molt tant la ubicació com el propi edifici on es troba l'hotel. L'habitació té tot el necessari i el llit és molt còmode. L'atenció del personal és esplèndida. L'esmorzar és generós i molt saborós. Si tornara a Glasgow triaria de nou este hotel per a allotjar-me.
