The location was a short walk in to the main area but far enough away to be out of the hustle and bustle. The service from the front desk was great especially from Simon who went out of the way to help us (especially when I luggage hadn't arrived till the following night).

The staff upon entry were exceptionally friendly, clear, quick and knowledgeable. The interior decor of the lobby felt lovely; like an oasis from the busy, bustling outside. It was also a lovely bonus to have a coffee shop there on site.
