Hotel w starym stylu, ale nowoczesny. Personel bardzo uprzejmy i profesjonalny. Czystość bez zarzutu. Bardzo dobre śniadania w restauracji z widokiem na morze były bezcennym doświadczeniem. Wygodne lobby i bar. Wybraliśmy pokój z widokiem na morze, który był ulokowany w lewym skrzydle hotelu. Pokój mógłby być nieco większy, ale widok to rekompensował. Hotel jest położony ok. 10 min spacerem od centrum Falmouth, ale do dworca kolejowego trzeba iść nieco dłużej lub skorzystać z taxi.
