A reggeli finom és bőséges volt, még valódi eszpresszó kávét is tartalmazott. Az ágy kényelmes volt. A szomszéd étteremben pedig kedvező áron ízletes ételeket adnak. Átutazóknak tökéletes, a hotel nagy parkolóval rendelkezik. A személyzet nagyon kedves.

A Perth egyik legegyedibb szállodája egy 15. századi vízimalomban található, ahol a kertben, a recepcióról és a bárból az eredeti vízi kerekeken áthaladó víz ma is látható.
