It was near the hydro. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the view of the hydro and the ovo. Also the sky bar with the views. The young fellow behind reception was friendly cheery and helpful.

I liked everything about the hotel it was very relaxed,nothing was a trouble to the staff, they were all lovely The room was absolutely spotless with everything you need except an iron, but every floor has an iron room so you can actually iron yr clothes Location was excellent for the hydro and not far from the train station and there’s car parks close by

The location of the hotel is perfect when attending a concert at the Hydro or for touring the city centre. Restaurants and bars are local. The hotel room is very comfortable although bed too soft but that's a personal opinion. Breakfast outstanding and the staff are really friendly and helpful.
