Beautifully kept Victorian hotel with stunning reception area complimented by cosy lounges. Room was a lovely size and well decorated. It was clean, comfortable and in the perfect location for Del Amitri at the O2 Academy.

Lovely room, very comfy bed, the extra touches were very special. Breakfast was excellent too. I would definitely come here again.

The location was great Walking distance from everything, especially the theatre which was the main reason for our visit. The rooms are fabulous. Great decor and lovely finishing touches. The bath 🛀 is amazing 🤩

the room was clean and of a decent size with everything i needed, the location to the city centre and the O2 Academy was very good, around 5 minutes walk, i didn't have breakfast, i ate in a cafe around the corner on the way to the parking but it smelled good

Excellent location and super friendly staff. Everything very clean and well presented. There was a fan in the room which was much appreicated as it was exceptionally hot when we stayed. Good value.

All staff were very friendly and helpful. Any reception staff I talked with were very nice and the lady who took my breakfast order was also friendly. Bed was extremely comfortable, I had a a great sleep. Breakfast was decent. I had a shared bathroom, but I was aware of this when booking, it was clean.

The hotel has a really good location and everything you might need is a walking distance away. The staff were amazing, helpful and accommodating at all times. Keep up the good work!

Very friendly staff, good place

The property was very accommodating. We needed a later checkout and they were super helpful. The breakfast was amazing and we even had the opportunity to eat dinner in the lounge area. The room was super clean and despite being on the main road, it was very quiet. It is super close to the train station and also great walking distance to city centre. Fantastic stay!
