Large rooms, for London, with comfortable beds and great staff.

Great location. Clean bedding and prompt communication.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The value for the money was excellent. The staff were very helpful and the room was in good condition and comfortable. The location is fantastic – it’s close to a bus station that takes you to the center of London in just 20 minutes. There are also many useful stores nearby, which made everything very convenient.

The property owner was extremely responsive and accommodating. He addressed all our inquiries within minutes, and resolved all concerns on the spot. The apartment was spacious and had everything we could possibly need. The location was also convenient.

Great location, excellent breakfast, very nice, cllean room

Loved everything about this stay. I wish I could live here. The staff could not have been kinder or more welcoming. Bonus points for being over a bar and restaurant. Full breakfast is included, and it was delightful. The location is incredible, directly across the street from Waterloo station, and a short walk from the London Eye and other attractions. The room included special touches like earplugs, but they were completely unnecessary as it was quiet as a tomb. I slept incredibly well. Air conditioning was top-notch as well, and a welcome respite after a hot day of sightseeing. I stayed here as a pre-cruise convenience since Waterloo trains go straight to Portsmouth, but I would stay here any time I visit London in the future.

I loved location, privacy, not far away from famous landmarks. I used underground only when I need to be on time somewhere. Amazing street with many cafes and restaurant. Very clean and amazing white room, the bed was amazing with the best comfort. Tea, coffee and iron on each floor. I definitely stay in this hotel again. Thank you so much
