We were disappointed as it wasn’t clearly sign-posted how to get there. We were just relying on our Sat Nav and it led us to a private property gate and only for private access. Waste of the day as it was very very hot that day. When we finally got on the right place it was closing.
fantastic trip out, 10 minutes on the car ferry then a 2 mile walk or drive, the car park is very small so suggest early is better, you book a slot on the day only to view Hill Top Farm and its lovely, nice pub next door for food and drink. Lovley day out, ferry very well organized and very frequent £4.40 each way for cars 50p foot passenegers.
