Upon arrival, we were checked in by Fiona who was very welcoming, efficient and kindly changed our room to one which was more easily accessible to my husband who had hurt his back falling on the ice. She couldn't have been more helpful. All the staff were smiling. We had lunch in the restaurant which was delicious. Very large comfortable room.

This is the very best location in Birmingham. It is in a quiet neighborhood with wonderful restaurants and a park a block away, while close to New Street Train Station. The staff is incredibly helpful and the room is wonderful.
