Staff was helpful , they sorted a taxi for me for the airport and gave me a small breakfast package because I had to leave early on my check out day.

The location could not have been better- straight across the road from Watford Junction Train Station (which is also where the bus to the studios departs from). The hotel was spotlessly clean & the staff were very accommodating and friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a good quality hotel in a great location

The apartment is very spacious and equipped with all you need for a long stay or if you want to save on cost and cook yourself. Sainsbury big supermarket is 10 minutes walk away opposite side to the station. It's in the same building as the Holiday inn so you can always ask staff there for help.StephaneJapan
