Avni, the manager, was always sure to greet us and ask how everything was. He was also very responsive any time we had questions/concerns. We were in our apartment for two weeks and really enjoyed the stay. The aparthotel is located in a very nice, safe and quiet residential location, close to lots of shops and restaurants, as well as Bayswater and Queensway tube stations. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The housekeeping staff were very kind and responsive.

Spent two nights at the hotel. Ideal location for a trip to Wembley Arena or Stadium, with plenty of places to eat and great designer outlets on the doorstep. It was about 5-10 min safe walk from the Wembley Park Tube station so easy to get into London city. The room was lovely, surprisingly quiet (on sixth floor) and wonderful variety for the breakfast. Staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating providing expectional service. All in all a great stay at a decent price. The hotel lived up to it's 4 star and would recommend to all.

This is a pure gem in the heart of London. I’ve stayed in many hostels all around the country and I can confidently say this was the best I’ve ever been to. All the staff go above and beyond to create a sense of community, from running Karaoke, to just encouragement to engage in conversation.
The location is amazing too, two tube stations and plenty of buses within walking distance, and guides, posters, and very knowledgeable staff to help guide you on what you can do in London.
I will 100% be staying here again!

A very cozy two-story apartment with a very responsive and friendly host who helped me find the information I needed! Easy check-in.The apartment is very clean. The kitchen is well-equipped! The windows in both bedrooms overlook the courtyard, making it very quiet; I slept wonderfully. The apartment is warm, and there's a heater in each room (if you're used to warmer temperatures). Conveniently located, close to Victoria and Pimico tube stations, and there are also buses. A great place to stay in London! I highly recommend it!

We can not say enough great things about staying at The Mansions. It is our go-to London accommodation! From extremely helpful and personable staff, to great apartments that are comfortable and clean, to a great location with several wonderful restaurants nearby (The Blackbird and Masala Indian) and Earls Ct Rd tube station just down the street. We will be back on our next stay in London!

The hotel's location is splendid, close to everything yet super calm neighborhood. The Lancaster Gate tube station is literally under the hotel which is super convenient for a quick commute to central London.
We really enjoyed our early morning walks in Hyde park.

The breakfast was great, and the room was very comfortable. The breakfast area is located on the top floor with a bird's eye view of London. The hotel location was great. It is right next to Chinatown, the National Gallery, and the National Portrait Gallery. Easy stroll to the Tube station and a nice walk to Covent Garden.
