Sense cap dubte, cal ressaltar la gran feina que fa el personal de l’hotel, sobretot les dues noies amb les que hem coincidit. Son amables i sempre tenen un somriure pels clients. Ens han cuidat molt. Vam tenir un problema amb l’habitació que ens van donar i quan vam queixar-nos ens van canviar l’habitació. Cal dir que l’ubicació es bonisima. Estas al mig de Retyimno, entre restaurants i comerços. Les instal·lacions son boniques.
