At the Ritz, all is great, as one would expect. We had some issue with the room, and the issue was solved very professionally: this is how a superior 5 star hotel is supposed to work! Good outdoor swimming pool. Great breakfast (the breakfast at Ritz is the "benchmark" I use to compare breakfasts at other hotels).
