We have visited HK previously an visited the main tourist sites so this time we went Island Hopping using the HK Ferry network, starting and ending at the Central Ferry Pier. A great way to spend a day, and when sitting on the quiet sandy beaches of the islands you really struggle to remember you are close to HK Island or Kowloon. We had to go via Aberdeen (on HK Island) to aid our Island transfer from Cheung Chau to Llamma. This was not a bad choice (necessitated by the ferry timetable) as Aberdeen is a fascinating town to arrive by boat at: There is a vibrant floating community that cannot be seen when whizzing by on the costal roads.
