Harbour City! I’m still trying to think what part was Harbour City and if I was there it was probably by accident. I enjoyed all areas I visited in China, I love the hustle and bustle of some parts and the luxuriousness of other parts.
You will never see the new year fire work don’t pother your self and spend your money in hong kong new year night ever, bad policemen bad area bad view only intercontinental guest can see it if you are not don’t spend your money ever in this country, I stuck in the street under the buildings which is covering the harbor, policemen never let people cross the street to the harbor only people from after noon stay there can see, and they did not let me back to my hotel either they are the worst in the street and airports they are so mean with tourists.
It’s just beautiful here ... don’t waste time staying in Time Square coz this is the best location to stay in HK (Tsim Sha Sui) Beautifulllllll Bay Area .... don’t miss seeing the city at night with star cruise ferry ... it’s a one hr cruise 🚢 A lot of shopping this area and it’s so so so happening !!!!!
I find Hong Kong grubby, rat and cockroach infested. If I lived there I'd probably throw myself off a tower block, I was visiting my partner over 5 years working there for wages that only afforded 1 room and 5 ppl sharing so I had to stay in a hotel. Very depressing living accommodation for many that live there I really don't see what anyone likes about ithe place, for the majority it appears a living hell hole. Chinese are not overly friendly and can be quite ignorant and hostile across the ages.
Perfect location near Harbour City, Star Ferry pier, HK Museum of Art. Staff were so helpful. Pool, sauna and gym facilities were very good. Currently there is a promotion 20% off food/drink/spa inside the hotel for guests. We did the afternoon tea at Palm Court and enjoyed it very much.
